Immaculately clean and cosy rooms, a wonderful bathroom. Very good facilities in general, magnificent and decent location close to centre. Located in the middle of the city.

It made our trip to Leeds an amazing experience. This safe hotel was really clean. The location was incredible and handy - just 5 minutes' walk from Space. Set next to bars and restaurants, it was a plus. We enjoyed the hilton double room which was adequate.

Consider asking for a room away from the street side to minimize nighttime noise from the heating fan and outside traffic.

Fire alarm went off at half 3 in the morning. Staff unhelpfull, No appology and were not told when we could return to our rooms. Waited outside in the cold for over a hour without any appololgy or came for the customers. Car park very small and over priced. Would not stay again

The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom had a good stock of shower gels and lotions, which was a nice touch. I really enjoyed relaxing at the lovely swimming pool and the cozy patio area . The only slight downside was getting charged for still water in the room. I thought that could be complimentary. A good experience! 😊

Location
We booked executive rooms which were to include robes slippers drinks and magazines none of which were available we had a voucher for a drink which was available on our leaving date which was no good as we left after breakfast and we felt there was nothing executive about the room just a standard room. Also problems with shower and hair dryer

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amongst the best I've had.
Lifts were very chaotic - waiting a long time. There was mould around the bath .

Nothing particular to mention
The hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment . Staff were friendly, room pleasant although only moderately clean. Car park is a nightmare !!! turns so tight you need one to manoeuvre and one to help avoid the walls. A brand new Audi in front of me acquired a huge dent in his rear door. Even the staff won't use it. Seriously, I am a confident driver but wouldn't come again unless I had a really tiny car!.......be warned! However if coming by train , location is excellent as right next door to the station.

Perfect spot for fam gatherings
We stayed for a night and loved the location! Super close to everything and easy to meet up with family. The staff at the bar were really friendly and helped us out with our late-night snack. The room was comfy and had all the essentials. Just wish the bathroom was a bit more spacious.
